While hitting 100K has been an incredible milestone, it’s also made me pause and ask: what am I really doing this for?
And it made me realize that I didn’t start doing this to chase follower counts.
I did it to connect with more of you, help you through your toughest career pivots, and share the joys and frustrations of having a nonlinear path.
While Instagram has allowed me to reach many of you, I want to invest more into building connections, not just a following - sharing more long-form content here and on Youtube, events where I can meet more of you (online and in person?!).
